Roasted and sieved pumpkin which has been mixed with egg, flour and parmesan to a paste and deep fried until golden and served. I am not sure where I got this recipe from it was pretty basic when finding it and added to sort out, test of find similar at some later stage. Recipe did not say how the dumpling were cooked, assuming they are deep fried but possible could be poached.
